Dennis Orner, CEO
Dennis Orner is Chief Executive Office of Interverz. Along with chairing the company's management board, Dennis focuses on funding, investor relations, finance, and legal affairs of the company.

Over his 30-year career, Dennis has founded and managed companies in the fields of advertising, computer graphics, mortgage titling, and electronic document delivery. Most recently, as CEO of elynx.com, he led the company from startup to industry leader in providing electronic document management and delivery in the mortgage-banking sector.

Especially adept at applying technology to gain a competitive edge, Dennis envisions Interverz as a game-changing company that will lead the advertising industry to new levels of automation.

Aaron Orner, President
As a founder of Interverz, Aaron has guided the company from its early vision of an automated versioning system to the development of "AVS" - a service that is transforming the high-volume versioning environment from manual to automatic.

As President, Aaron provides marketing and operations guidance, drives the business vision, directs Interverz' national sales initiatives, and manages the senior leadership team.

Prior to Interverz, Aaron rose to Director/Marketing Services with Insite Interactive, a full-service interactive agency, where his achievements included service expansion for existing clients, new client acquisition and marketing plan development. Previously, as Director of Online Strategy/Services for the agency Euro R.S.C.G, Aaron gained international experience developing and implementing large-scale Internet marketing programs.

Alan Sproat, Chief Technology Officer
Alan founded Interverz LLC with Aaron Orner and created the Automated Versioning Service. A seasoned and insightful programmer with eighteen years' experience developing enterprise-class applications, Alan oversees all technology developments at Interverz.

He is principally responsible for network and system infrastructure, application quality & assurance, and all research and development initiatives.

Highlights of Alan's diverse design and programming experience include complied proprietary installations, Internet-based environments, and Application Service Providers (ASP) utilizing high-end software language and protocols. He has been published in numerous key industry journals and serves as a team member in several software consortiums.

Charlie Burke, Chief Marketing Officer
As Chief Marketing Officer, Charlie develops Interverz' go-to market strategy and supervises its execution – which includes branding, sales promotions, advertising, public relations and sales support activities. Charlie's results-orented management style gives him unique insight into the strategies and tactics that raise a company's value proposition. He sees AVS as a critical success factor for optimizing our clients' marketing and operations long-term.

Prior to joining Interverz, Charlie was VP Business Development at Usability Sciences, where he helped increase sales revenue by 250% over five years. His management experience spans strategic planning, sales, marketing, quality, manufacturing and business development.

Charlie previously founded Compaq's Corporate Benchmarking Organization to help Compaq teams improve their business processes. He served on the Boards of the International Benchmarking Clearinghouse and the Texas Quality Award.

Dick Bailey, Chief Strategy Officer
An investor in Interverz and a member of the company's management board, Dick is extensively experienced in the creation, launch and growth of high-tech companies that harness the power of the Internet to automate and streamline traditional business
practices.

Dick earned bachelor's and master's degrees in journalism and mass communications; and has held senior management positions in Bridge Worldwide (advertising), ImageMatrix (event production), and eLynx.com (electronic document delivery) over the course of a 40-year career.

Steve Zimmerman, Director of Operations
Steve designed the AVS interface and created our demonstration and training materials. He now directs every aspect of implementation.

Steve came to Interverz with 22 years’ experience as a versatile studio designer and freelance art director. He has created and managed artwork for intimate design shops and national corporations, including JC Penney, Monster.Com and TMP Worldwide.
